4 c flour
1 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb butter
1/2 lb margarine

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. Mix until dough forms and falls off your hands. Sprinkle with flour if dough is too sticky. Break off 3 - 4 inch size ball and roll out very thin on floured and sugared board. Spread your filling and cut like a pizza using pizza cutter or sharp knife. Roll cookies from the wide side in and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden at 350º.
