2 cups shredded cabbage (I use the pre-shredded cabbage bags)
2 green apples shredded
1/2 cup raisons
1 large can of pineapple chunks (save the juice)
1/2 shredded carrot (optional)

1/2 cup of mayonaisse
Reserved pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the apple using a box shredder. Toss with cabbage. Add pineapple and raisins.

Place mayonnaise in small bowl. Add some pineapple juice and whisk together. Continue to add mayo and pineapple juice until you have a slightly thickened dressing. Pour over cabbage and apples. Let sit for 5-10 minutes (raisins will absorb some of the dressing) or refrigerate if serving later.
