1 jar artichoke hearts (packed in water)
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (save some for the top)
2 tsp garlic powder or chopped garlic cloves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts and chop fine. Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before baking. Bake uncovered in casserole dish at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbles appear. Serve hot with crackers, veggies or bread.
