1 jar artichoke hearts (packed in water) 1 cup mayonaise 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (save some for the top) 2 tsp garlic powder or chopped garlic cloves (optional)
Drain artichoke hearts and chop fine. Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before baking. Bake uncovered in casserole dish at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbles appear. Serve hot with crackers, veggies or bread.
