1 lb softened butter
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup icing sugar
3 cups of flour
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Using electric mixer, cream butter until soft and fluffy.
Add corn starch, whip until fluffy, Add icing sugar, whip until fluffy.
Add flour and salt, 1 cup at a time whipping until fluffy between each cup.
(the longer you whip... the lighter the cookie.)
Form into small round balls and pat down to thickness desired.
Add Sprinkles or half cherries on top.
Bake for 10 - 12 min at 350º (do not let cookie brown, the bottom should be
barely brown and the top white.
