Ingredients:  
2 Cups of Pimento Cheese (see recipe for home made in cook book ( can use Newks orChicken Salad Chic).
1 Cup Flour.
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs.
Milk and Egg Bath (1cup milk/1 egg).
Oil 325 degrees.
Honey Drizzle (Mike's Hot Honey)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll Pimento into balls(quarter diameter) and chill.
Mix Milk and Egg Bath.
Mix Flour and Bread Crumbs together.
Heat deep oil to 325 degrees.

Roll Balls in flour/bread crumb mixture, dip in milk and egg bath
return to flour and bread crumb mixture.
Drop in heated oil fry 3-4 mins.
Place on platter and drizzle with honey.
