1/4 # Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 (16 oz.) Can or Bottle of Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup + 1 TBSP Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts -----Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in greased 10 x 15" pan

FROSTING :

6 TBSP MILK
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
6 TBSP Butter or Margarine
Mix and bring above to boil. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes, take from heat and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Stir until blended and spread on brownies while still warm.
