1 c. margarine or butter, melted
2 c.sugar
1 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
½ tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
½ c. milk
1½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts…or more



Frosting:

12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Bake in 9x13 pan at 350º about 40 minutes. Heat frosting ingredients and frost while brownies are hot.
