45 Chips Ahoy cookies, or homemade cookies of the same size
4 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Lay the cookies to cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream on top of the cookie layer, the repeat two more times finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle over the cake.
Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight.
