1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
1 T. vanilla extract
1-1/2 c. pecans
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly beat together all ingredients except pecans. Place pecans in pie shell, pour other ingredients over pecans.
Bake 10 minutes at 400º. Reduce oven temperature to 350º, bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until filling is Puffed in center and is well browned. Cool completely to serve.
