1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp gelatin
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c sugar

Directions:
In a small bowl combine vanilla and gelatin. Heat in microwave for 10 seconds. In a large bowl whip together cream and sugar until light peaks form. Add gelatin and vanilla. Whip together. Chill.
