2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup fresh grated Locatelli Romano cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh italian parsley
2 large eggs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
olive oli

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble beef into a rectangular dish/pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs so it looks like sand on the beach. Add cheese so it looks like it snowed. Add parsley so it looks like grass clippings.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a small bowl until blended. Dont over mix. Pour over the meat mix.

Mix the ingredients with clean hands just until evenly blended. Don't over mix. Shape mixture into balls.

Heat oil in a frying pan, Add as many meatballs without overcrowding. Fry, turning as necessary until golden brown on all sides.

Remove meatballs and add to your tomato sauce and cook for about 2 hours.
