1½ cups butter
1½ cups confectioners’ sugar
2 egg yolks
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add egg yolks and beat.
Add sifted flour and blend into mixture.
Use cookie press or roll to ⅛” thickness.
Cut into shapes and bake at 375º for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Unless eggs are jumbo or very large, use 3 yolks instead of 2.
No flavoring is used, these cookies taste just like butter.
