1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1Tbsp milk
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg, milk and vanilla.
Step 2: Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.
Step 3: Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 8-12 min. (Cookies are light in color when done.)
