Grandma's Meatloaf with Red Sauce
Serves 4

Meatloaf:
1 1/2 Ib ground beef
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup fresh onion, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried sage

Sauce:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp. dry mustard (or regular mustard)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a loaf.

Make a well down the middle.

Pour the sauce in the well - (do not overflow with sauce - does not need to spill over the side). **It is ok if you have a little extra sauce leftover.

Bake @ 350 for 45 min to 1 Hr.

Serve with Mashed potatoes and a veggie.
