Layer 1:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 T. sugar
½ c. chopped nuts


Layer 2:

8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip



Layer 3:

1½ c. sugar
1½ c. water
¼ c. cornstarch
1 box peach Jell-o
3 or 4 large peaches

Directions:
Mix Layer 1 ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 mins. Cool. Mix Layer 2 and put on cooled crust. Mix sugar, water and cornstarch and cook until thick. Stir in the Jell-o. Cool. Add the fresh peaches. Put this mixture over cream cheese layer.
