2 c. sugar mixed with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Salt
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (optional)*

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, syrup, salt and milk in saucepan and bring to boil until soft stage. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

Beat until it starts to thicken and add nuts.

Pour onto buttered plate. Cut before fully set.

*Grandpa always liked black walnuts in his white fudge.
