2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond

Directions:
Oven to 375º

Beat powdered sugar with butter. Beat in egg, vanilla and almond. Mix dry ingredients and gradually add. Beat at low speed until blended. Divide dough into sections and add food coloring as you wish.

Fill cookie press with dough and press onto ungreased baking sheets. Decorate if desired.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Put on wire racks to cool.
