2 ½ cups unsifted flour
½ cup of cocoa
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
¾ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange peel
2 cups shredded zucchini
½ cup of milt
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

With a mixer, beat together butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

With a spoon stir in the vanilla, peel and Zuchhini.

Alternately stir with the dry ingredients and milk into the zucchini mixture.

Stir in nuts last.

Pour the batter into a greased & flour dusted 10 inch tub pan or a Bundt pan.

Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
