Version 1:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs - beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. soda


Version 2:
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. M&Ms.

Version 1:
Melt butter and beat with sugars, vanilla, eggs and peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients into wet mixture. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes.


Version 2:
Oven to 375º.
Mix butter and peanut butter. Add sugars, baking powder and baking soda. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oats and M&Ms. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
