3 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups (about 4) bananas, mashed



Icing:

2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 cup butter, softened
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and mash bananas. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs; add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened. (Do not beat). Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.

Icing: Combine cream cheese and butter, cream until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
