1 1/2 Tbsp. meringue powder
3 Tbsp. warm water - not hot
1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix meringue powder and water. Beat for about a minute until you have a frothy mixture.

Add powdered sugar, corn syrup and vanilla and mix at medium speed until it becomes thick (about 5 minutes).

You can now color the frosting if you wish. It will dry very quickly so make sure you store it with saran wrap on the top and a tight lid.
