1/2 c. butter - room temperature
4 oz semi sweet chocolate - roughly chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. toffee bits
3/4 c. crumbled toffee crunch brownie brittle

Directions:

Oven to 350º Line cookie sheets with parchment paper

In saucepan add butter and roughly chopped chocolate. Melt over low heat stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in sugars. Let cool for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

When warm, beat in two eggs. Gently fold in flour, chocolate chips, toffee bits and brownie brittle

Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 11-12 minutes or until just set.

Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from baking sheets.
