Crust:
2 c. flour
½ c. butter
½ c. shortening
2 Tablespoons sugar
Mix and spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Filling:
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
⅓ tsp. salt
4 Tablespoons flour
1 c. cream
5 c. rhubarb
Mix and spread on crust. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Topping:
Beat 6 egg whites till stiff then
add 8 Tablespoons sugar 2 at a time.
add 2 tsp. vanilla and spread over the last mixture. Brown for 10 minutes.
