2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin (15-16oz)
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1-8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Add walnuts. Bake on large cookie sheet or 2- 9x13 cake pans. Bake at 350° at 30 minutes. Then mix up topping ingredients and allow bars to cool and then frost.
