1 lb. sausage 1 lb. bacon 6 eggs (beaten) 2 c. milk 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 6 slices bread (broken into small pieces) tsp. salt dash pepper
Brown and crumble the sausage and bacon. Grease 9x13 glass pan. Mix all ingredients together and put into greased pan. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes or so. Cut into pieces. Serve with picante sauce.
