Ingredients:  
1 box prepared stuffing mix use both packages inside (get regular not cornbread)
1 large yellow onion, chopped about 1 cup
1 cup chopped celery
3 sweet Italian sausages, broken in small pieces probably about 3/4 of a pound if you get it in bulk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
7 beaten eggs

Directions:

Bake 350 degrees

Mix everything except eggs. Mix well.
Add beaten eggs. Mix well.
Put in 9 x 13 oiled pan (or glass pan).
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
*If using deeper pan add 10 to 15 minutes baking time.
