1/2 Onion
1/2 Cube Margarine
1 cup white rice
1 can Swanson's Chicken Broth
1 Chicken Boullion Cube

Directions:
Directions:
Finely shred onion and simmer with margarine for 5 minutes, allowing onion to cook a bit.
Add rice, chicken broth, and boullion cube.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and you're done!
