5 cups peeled and sliced apples
4 T sugar
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine

Directions:

In mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Pour evenly over filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.

Serve warm with a big scoop of Bryers Vanilla Ice Cream!
Yum!

*You can substitute a big can of cherry pie filling for the apples if you're in a hurry or just for a change.
