4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
5 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 - 3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 tsp mint extract
1/2 cup flour
3 cups powdered sugar
green food coloring
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese and butter together until light and creamy.
Add the brown sugar and beat in completely.
Mix in 2 Tbsp milk, the vanilla, and the mint extract.
If the frosting is too stiff, stir in the remaining tablespoon of milk.
Add enough food coloring to reach your desired shade of green and beat for 30 - 60 seconds to completely combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
