1 medium head cabbage
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
Slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Mix together the sugar, flour, salt, pepper and cream. Pour on top of cabbage. Lay slices of bacon on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove cover when cabbage is nearly done to crisp the bacon. You can also broil for a few minutes to make the bacon crunchy.
