2 cups flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter (@ room temperature)
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
CHILL cookie trays.
Cream butter, sugar and extract. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Make small indent with finger, fill with jam. Then CHILL ON trays for 1/2 hr. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes.
Cool completely on wire racks, then drizzle with glaze.

Glaze--1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tsp water
1/2 tsp almond extract
