2 sticks margarine
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 4 ingredients. Add vanilla. Sift rest of ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

Roll into balls. Press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle with more sugar.

Bake at 350º until light brown.
