1 Cup warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Egg, beaten
¼ Cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
3 ½ C. Flour
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir yeast into warm water. Add beaten egg. Stir in sugar, oil, salt, and 1 ½ flour, stir then add remaining flour. Knead for 10 min. Cover and let raise 1½ hours. Melt ½ stick butter in bunt pan. Roll out dough about ¼ inch thick. Cut into circles using a top of a drinking glass. Dip both sides into melted butter and place circles standing up in the bunt pan. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
