1 loaf white bread toasted
1 large onion finely chopped
1 stick butter
1-2 stalks celery chopped
1 egg
1tsp poultry seasoning
Handful of parsley chopped
Salt/ pepper
Chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in butter. Wet toasted bread with chicken stock; DO NOT DRENCH IT. Mix bread, onions, and celery in a large bowl. Add egg, salt, pepper, parsley, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Transfer to turkey cavity or separate baking dish. Bake at 350° for at least 1 hour.
