2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Frosting:

3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk all batter ingredients in a large bowl. Bake for 30 minutes in a greased
13x9-inch dish. Poke holes in top of cake and spread frosting over top. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.

Frosting: Boil butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan stirring constantly for 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in coconut and pecans.
