2 ½ c sifted flour

1 c brown sugar (packed)

¾ c granulated white sugar

¾ c salad oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 ¾ c buttermilk

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, brown sugar, sugar, salad oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until crumbly. Take ½ c of mix and set it aside.

Add the buttermilk, baking soda and egg. Mix well. Pour into pam sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkles the ½ c that was set aside over the top. Bake for 25-35 minutes. Test with a toothpick to be sure its done!!
