1 pound ground beef
1 cup dry minute rice
1 egg
½ cup minced onion
1 can tomato soup
2 cups canned stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, make into balls about the size of a lime. Dilute 1 can tomato soup with 2 cups canned stewed tomatoes (chop the tomatoes). Put meatballs and tomato sauce into pan, cover, and simmer gently 1 hour.
