2 cups scant cake flour
1 ⅔ cup bread flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt (coarse)
2 ½ sticks unsalted butter
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 lg eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ lb bittersweet chocolate discs or chips

Directions:

1.Sift dry ingredients and set aside

2. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar to light and fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Then refrigerate for a few hours.

3. Line cookie sheet with parchment

4. Make big cookie scoop balls

5. Sprinkle pan with coarse salt.

6. Bake @ 350º for 15 minutes. (Less time if smaller cookies.)
