1 stick butter soft
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch baking powder
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and add to peanut butter mixture.

Place by spoonful on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and bake for 7-10 minutes until middle is puffy and edges are done. Let cool on sheet 2 minutes and then remove to cooling rack.
