Lottie's Noodle Pudding Recipe

8 oz fine noodles
4 eggs
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 pt sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1 c milk
1/4 lb butter

Separate 4 eggs
Beat whites and set aside
Mix yolks with cheese, sour cream, sugar and milk.

Melt butter in pan (pour excess into mixture)

Add to cooked noodles which have been rinced in cold water.

Add salt and pepper

Fold in whites

Pour in pan, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top and top with corn flake crumbs.

Bake 350" for 1 hour
