1 lb. raw fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
16 oz. angle hair pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
½ white onion sliced
4 tbsp butter
½ cuo dry white wine
2 tbsp miced garlic
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
12 stalks of fresh aspargus cut onto 2 inch pieces
2 tomatos chopped with the seeds removed
½ cup greated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parley
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook the angel hair pasta based on the package instructions to al denta.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add the sliced onion. Cook for 1-2 minuts and then in the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.

3. Then add the butter,white wine and red pepper flaketo the skillet. Cook over medum heat for 2-3 minues.

4.Then add the shrimp and asparagus to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

5. cook uncovered for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is pink and asparagus is just tender (be carefull not to over cook the asparagus).

6. Then toss the pasta and tomatoes into the skillet with the shrimp mixture.

7. Top with the fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese.

8. Enjoy!
