4 - 8.5 oz. boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

4 eggs

1 1/3 cups milk

2 cup sour cream

1 cup vegetable oil

4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Add the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mixes to a large bowl.
Add the eggs, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and sugar.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan or 18 large muffins or 28 reg. size muffins

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.

Right after taking the cornbread out of the oven place thin pats of butter on top of the bread or muffins , no need to spread it. let it melt on it's own.
