- 1cup almond flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk (if dough is too thick add another tabelspoon)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper

- Mix all dry ingredients well. Add liquid ingredients and fold chips in.

- using a small cookie scoop place balls on parchment paper and press down slightly

-Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown

- Allow to cool

-Cookies can stay room temp for 3 days then refrigerate for up to 10 days.
