¾ cup butter (room temperature)
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups banana (approximately 3 large bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
½ cup sour milk (½ cup milk with 1 Tbsp. of vinegar)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in banana, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with sour milk until blended.
Divide between two pans.
Bake for 75 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing bread.

Grandma's banana tip: Let bananas get pretty brown and put them in the freezer. These bananas make the best bread when you're ready.
