"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter in small saucepan, cool 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together. Add flour and whisk until mixed well. When chocolate has cooled, stir in egg mixture.

Fill 7 oz. ramekins about 3/4 of the way full with chocolate batter. Bake for 14 minutes. The cake should be spongy on top but middle gooey—the consistency of pudding, not too runny. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Serve with ice cream.
