1/3 cup oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 cup self- rising flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (3 large)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Stir all ingredients with a fork until moistened. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or spatula around sides of pan to loosen. Turn out onto plate.
