2 sticks butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2¼ cup flour
Bag of chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a stand mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar, and sugar; beat for at least 3 minutes.
On low speed, add the egg and vanilla; beat for at least 2 minutes.
Add the baking soda, salt, and flour; combine well.
Drop large balls onto a greased cookie sheet; leave space between as cookies spread out while baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool on cookie sheet for about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
