1/3 c. margarine
Chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1-1/3 c. chicken broth
10 oz. mixed veggies
2 c. chopped turkey
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in pan, and stir in flour. Add milk and chicken broth. Stir until the sauce thickens up and comes to a boil, then remove from heat.
Stir in veggies and turkey.

Unroll one of the pie crusts into a pie plate, and pour in the sauce mixture.

Roll the other pie crust over the top, and make a couple of cuts in the top to vent the steam.

Bake at 425º for 30 minutes.

This recipe is great for using up the leftover turkey on Thanksgiving or Christmas. It also tastes great with chopped chicken. You can use any veggies you want-canned mixed, frozen (thaw out and cook first), or cook and chop fresh.
