Ingredients: 2 c All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp Cornstarch 1 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp Cinnamon 3 c Old Fashioned Oats 1 c Unsalted Butter, room temperature 1 c Brown Sugar 1/2 c White Sugar 2 Large eggs 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 (12 oz) package of Chocolate Chips, chunks or mini chips

Directions:1. In a large bowl, mix together your flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt. Set aside.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer add the butter and mix until butter starts to coat the sides of the bowl.
4. Add the brown and white sugar to the mixer and cream until the mixture because soft and fluffy. scrape down the sides occasionally with a silicone spatula.
5. Add in your eggs, vanilla and maple syrup to the butter mixture. mix well.
6. Add the flour mixture into the butter/egg mixture. Mix on low until the flour is no longer visible.
7. Add in your chocolate chips and oats. Mix gently until the oats and chocolate are fully incorporated through the dough.
8. Move the cookie dough to a small bowl or container with a lid. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Baking:
9. Preheat oven to 350*.
10. Line a baking tray with parchment.
11. Scoop 2 tbsp of dough, Shape dropped dough into a round ball.
12. Place cookie dough on baking tray about 2 inches apart.
12. Bake for 12-13 minutes. Edges should be slightly golden, the centers might seem a little gooey or underdone.Dont worry, they will continue to set outside of the oven.
13. Allow cookies to cool on baking tray before removing.
Store in a air tight container. |
