2 cans blue lake whole beans - drained
1 medium onion peeled & sliced thin
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 T. Wesson oil
salt, pepper, accent

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, vinegar, salt, pepper, accent & oil.
Add sugar and onion, heat until sugar dissolves. Make layers of beans & onions, pour liquid over. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
